Flexible by Design. Circular by Nature

Modular Eco’system for Personalized Sustainable Living

KUMIKI

We’re building a scalable multifunctional modular system - and we’re seding out an invitation, a call to action, to help shape the future of circular design

Design that Evolves with Us

We believe that the spaces we live and work in shouldn’t become waste every time our lives change.

Kumiki is a modular system for circular living — combining precise aluminum framing, natural materials, and intelligent design tools to empower adaptable environments. From functional furniture to full office space and workstations to functional garage systems to smart plant care structures to retail displays and emergency shelters, Kumiki lets people build, reconfigure, and evolve spaces with zero waste.

Kumiki isn’t just tapping into trends — it’s architecting the future of structural design for adaptable, sustainable living.

More than a Product,

It’s a Platform for Creation

Kumiki is a modular structural kit supported by a cloud-based design platform — giving users the power to create, configure, and share real 3D structures.

Whether you’re a homeowner, architect, interior designer, or builder, you can design your system using our cloud CAD interface — with or without AI assistance. Scan your space, generate intelligent layouts, or build from scratch with precision.

Users can access an expanding library of community-created structures — from garden pods and garage workstations to retail displays and modular architecture.

Kumiki also supports a growing network of designers, freelancers, and makers, including:

  • Freelance designers for custom projects

  • Local woodshops, machine shops, and 3D print studios

  • Artisans who contribute bespoke accessories or finishes

Together, we’re building a global platform with local impact — a living ecosystem of sustainable design, circular production, and collaborative creativity.

A Structural Language for Circular Living

Design. Build. Evolve. Repeat.

Infinite Possibilities, One System

Kumiki is more than modular — it’s a structural system with logic.

Inspired by the precision of industrial T-slot framing and the playful potential of LEGO, Kumiki uses a universal 50mm unit standard to create a limitless array of spatial structures — across walls, ceilings, and floors.

Each structure is composed of a core set of composite aluminum/aluminium, MDF, wood, cork, and wood beams, wood panels and board surface modules, electrical, IoT, and plant care & irrigation grid systems, and a growing set of plug-and-play accessories. Every part is designed to fit and index within the system — enabling full 3D design freedom.

Design it yourself. Build it yourself. Modify it anytime.

Kumiki structures can be:

  • Upgraded as your needs evolve

  • Repaired without glue or damage

  • Resold back into the platform for reuse

  • Customized with panels, lighting, automation, or finishes

  • Expanded without starting from scratch

Compared to traditional furniture or interior systems, Kumiki is:

  • Stronger (built like architecture, not decoration)

  • More adaptable (across use cases, rooms, and time)

  • Infinitely flexible (change a shelf, or change a room)

It’s modular. Multifunctional. Customizable.

It’s robust, reusable, editable, repairable, and truly sustainable.

This isn’t furniture. It’s a future-proof system for the way we live, work, and adapt.

Simplicity is the Solution

We believe that true sustainability isn’t found in complexity - it’s found in clarity. Kumiki is built on a principle we trust deeply: refined systems endure. Every component is designed with purpose, and nothing is included unless it earns its place. No adhesives. No obsolescence. Just a clean, modular logic that enables flexibility, longevity, and reuse.

In a world overflowing with fast furniture and short-lifecycle design, Kumiki takes a different path — toward precision, restraint, and structural intelligence.

Simplicity isn’t a limitation. It’s a blueprint for circularity.

KUMIKI Across Environments

Kumiki is a modular system — but its potential isn’t modular. It’s exponential.

From homes and shops to gardens, garages and full office spaces, Kumiki turns passive spaces into platforms for expression, organization, and life.

You don’t need a team of contractors or a year-long renovation. You need imagination — and a kit designed to meet you halfway.

Start small. Go big. Reimagine what a system like this can do.

Residential

Closets that evolve. Shelves that expand. Kitchen islands that change with your routines. Smart garage systems. Furniture that finally fits your life — and grows with it.

With Kumiki, your home becomes an adaptable ecosystem — not a fixed layout.

Build modular wardrobes that grow with your family. Design wall-to-wall bookshelf systems that flex as your collection expands. Add integrated lighting, power, or plant-care to your home office or kitchen island. Reclaim your garage with vertical tool walls, overhead racks, or a multifunctional workbench that actually works.

No glue. No landfill. No need to start over when life shifts.

Whether you’re living in 500 square feet or a three-story home, Kumiki makes space work smarter, longer, and better.

Retail

Shelving that adapts to seasonal flows. Displays that shift with your product line. POS structures that pack flat and pop up fast.

Kumiki enables fully reconfigurable retail environments — from boutique shelves to full-scale installations. Walls can hold lighting, signage, product hooks, even embedded sensors. Entire fixtures can be rearranged, scaled, or reused in new store layouts — without tools or waste.

Build a display once. Reuse it ten times. Reconfigure it next season. That’s circular retail.

Commercial - Offices

Pods that partition. Desks that transform. Environments that shift with your team.

Kumiki empowers agile workspaces — collaborative zones, private offices, or open-plan teams — all reconfigurable on demand. Build standalone meeting pods, modular shelving systems, or lightweight partitions with integrated lighting and acoustic panels.

Rethink drywall. Build a structure you can evolve instead of demolish.

Gardens, Landscaping & Plant Care

Grow up, across, or anywhere.

Kumiki frames support modular plant-care systems: vertical gardens, trellises, micro-irrigation rigs, greenhouse pods, or shaded garden enclosures. Whether you’re outfitting a backyard, a patio, or a rooftop, Kumiki adapts to your space and your plants.

Add greenery to your living space — and let it evolve with the seasons.

Workshops, Studios & Functional Spaces.

Spaces that support tools, materials, and minds at work.

Kumiki is designed for hands-on environments — whether you’re welding, sewing, printing, prototyping, or crafting. Build modular workbenches, vertical storage walls, lighted work zones, tool grids, shelving, or even overhead frames for task lighting and ventilation.

Whether you’re in a professional woodshop, a machine studio, a fashion atelier, or your own garage — Kumiki adapts to the way you work. It’s strong enough to support real equipment, flexible enough to evolve with your workflow, and modular enough to scale as your practice grows.

Don’t just organize your space. Engineer it for what you do.

Outdoor & Micro Architecture.

Design pavilions, shade structures, or outdoor rooms without concrete or compromise.

Kumiki’s modular beams and anchoring systems allow for durable, scalable structures: market booths, pergolas, small event spaces, or even outdoor learning environments. Everything can be disassembled, stored, and rebuilt — no need for permanent installations.

Circular design extends beyond interiors — and into the open air.

Restaurants, Cafés, and Hospitality Spaces.

Kumiki brings modular freedom to food and hospitality — letting you create functional, stylish environments that evolve with the seasons, the space, and the service.

Whether indoors or outdoors, Kumiki can be used to build:

  • Seating enclosures and shade structures

  • Wall-mounted menu or product displays

  • Host stations, partition walls, or plant-integrated barriers

  • Outdoor dining frameworks with integrated lighting and irrigation

  • Temporary structures for festivals, events, and pop-up kitchens

No nails. No waste. Just design that adapts.

Kumiki lets restaurateurs, café owners, and hospitality designers shape beautiful, functional spaces — and reconfigure them as their vision evolves.
